Personal Information Processing Policy

Article 1 (Information for Service Use Confirmation and Unauthorized Use Prevention)

The company collects the following information for statistical analysis, to confirm service use, and to prevent unauthorized use (e.g., abuse of company benefits like discounts, re-registration after withdrawal, fraudulent cancellations, identity theft, etc.).

  1. Required Information: Destination and device information.
  2. User Input: Users provide personal information when receiving company emails.
  3. Purpose: Data collection is used for the development of new services.

Article 2 (Transmission of Advertising Information)

  1. The company obtains explicit consent from users before sending advertisements via electronic transmission. However, consent is not required in the following cases:
    1. If the user's contact information was collected through a transaction, and the advertisement is sent within six months regarding a similar product.
    2. If the advertisement is made via voice by a telemarketer in compliance with relevant laws.
  2. If the user has opted out or withdrawn consent, the company will not send further advertisements and will notify the user of the outcome.
  3. Ads sent between 9 PM and 8 AM require additional consent from the recipient.
  4. All advertisements will clearly state:
    1. Company name and contact details.
    2. Instructions for opting out or withdrawing consent.
  5. The company will not engage in the following actions:
    1. Avoiding or obstructing opt-out requests.
    2. Automatically generating contact details.
    3. Automatically registering phone numbers or email addresses for advertising purposes.
    4. Concealing the identity or source of the advertisement.
    5. Misleading recipients to encourage responses to advertisements.

Article 3 (Protection of Children's Personal Information)

  1. Only users aged 14 and above can register for membership.
  2. If the user is under 14, the company will obtain consent from the child’s legal guardian before collecting, using, or providing personal information.
  3. The company will additionally collect the legal guardian’s name, birth date, gender, ID verification, and phone number in such cases.

Article 4 (Access to Personal Information and Withdrawal of Consent)

  1. Users and their legal guardians can view or modify their personal information at any time, and they may request to withdraw consent for the collection of personal information.
  2. To withdraw consent for the collection of personal information, users or legal guardians can contact the company’s privacy officer or relevant personnel via written request, phone, or email. The company will take prompt action upon such a request.
